This is the best clp I’ve ever used…I use the solvent as a bore cleaner, clp as gun cleaner, and the hp pro oil for lubrication… the product line is completely compatible and works excellent.

I love all of the breakthrough products and the CLP is no exception! I used it as soon as it came in. There is no more using a multi step cleaning process with this. It melts the carbon off and also is a lubricant!

This was my first BreakThrough purchase. The quality of their stuff is top notch. The CLP works amazing for an All-in-One product. Gets the job done. Looking forward to trying out the Solvent and Battle Born grease.

I really love all of your products! But I was a little disappointed that it didn’t work as well as your Military Grade Solvent? Maybe instructions on set time after application of CLP to weapon? Will now just use it for quick clean up after shooting at range! Any suggestions?

  5. Pete (verified owner)

Have always been leary of CLP products. The Clean part always seems to be lacking, not so with this product. It cleans as well as Breakthrough’s regular solvent. All 3 steps at once, Nice product!

It’s all in one baby, put it on everything to preserve it, clean it and lube it up. Be sparing around places like the charging handle, as after leaving it to sit, some may oil up the outside body.

  7. Cory Waring (verified owner)

This stuff is great. As a bonus I had bought your HP100 knife oil and found it too thick for my personal taste but tried the CLP on my knives and it’s the best cleaner/lubricant I’ve found for my Les George mid-techs.

    This stuff is the truth.
The bad crap came off like it was hit by a river.
    And it doesn’t stink.

Just received a 6oz spray bottle of all-in-one and gave it a try last night on my Stainless steel Gerber multi-tool. I was not impressed. The product left a very oily film that couldn’t be wiped off. I decided to leave it overnight to see if it would lose its oily feel, and it did around joints and crevices. I had tried to use as little as possible but with the spray applicator this wasn’t possible. If I used it on a pistol I suspect I would spend longer wiping it off than cleaning the gun. Maybe it would be good if storing a gun for a few years. I use my guns weekly and clean after each trip to the range. This stuff would definitely make me avoid shooting so I don’t have to “de-grease” my firearms. What should I be doing differently? And why can’t I select the three-star rating?
